It has suddenly felt more like Autumn than Summer this last week. I have mentioned this to a few other people in the last couple of days, and they said they were noticing the same thing. The last few years in late August it seems more like Autumn…it just feels different and even smells different.
I really do wonder if our seasons are shifting back a month or so.

It was soooo super-de-duper cold in late June. It felt like the seasons were shifting forward then.

Well, today is a beautiful, warm and sunny day, with a nice gentle breeze. It is really beginning to look and feel like Autumn, which begins in just six short days.
