The Truth About Saturated Fat–Part 1 of 3

This report may suprise you, and then it may not. I find it very believeable and even probable. Reminds me of when they were pushing oatmeal…eat oatmeal and you will lower your cholesteral.

Well it seems to me if you eat alot of fiber of any sort, it would move that cholesteral right through you…wouldn’t it? So, does that mean that prunes would lower cholesteral, too? mmm  Who made the big profit from that big push.

Yes, oatmeal is good for you, but it doen’t have to be in everything that I eat all through the day.
